Thank you for your generous support to Guardians of All Voiceless Animals. Your donations help us rescue, treat, shelter, and care for voiceless animals in need.

1. Use of Donations

Donations are used solely for animal welfare activities, including rescue operations, medical treatment, food, shelter, and awareness programs.

2. Donation Refunds

We understand that mistakes can happen or donors may change their minds. Requests for refunds will be considered as follows:

 

• Refund requests must be made in writing or by email within 15 days of the donation date. 

• Your refund request should include:

     * Date and amount of donation
     * Mode of donation (online, bank transfer, cheque, etc.)

     * Donation reference or transaction ID

 

• We may require supporting documentation to verify the transaction.

 

• Refunds are issued at our discretion and not guaranteed, especially if tax exemption receipts (e.g., 80G) have already been issued.
